CaRMaH (formerly Metrowest Animal Awareness Society) is an all volunteer, no-kill cat rescue group serving the Marlborough/Hudson area. Our cats are 'lap fostered' in our homes!


I’m Ethel, a sweet sable girl, looking for a lap of my own.  I absolutely love gentle attention - lap and pet time.  However, I've been through many changes, and it will take me time to trust again. I was surrendered to a high volume shelter in Long Island, and decided to move north to CaRMaH! I'd do best in a home of my own - I've shared a home with a cat and dog, but I feel it's too much competition for attention. I have been blue, so I may hang back a bit, but just start petting me, and I’ll insist on rubbing your hand and looking in to your eyes with love. I’m 8 years old, I’ve had a dental cleaning, and my senior bloodwork is fine.
